Moorhead, MN (NSUWolves.com) – The Northern State University swimming and diving team fell against the University of Sioux Falls, 164-49 and MSU-Moorhead, 75-161 in the Dragon Tri-Dual Friday afternoon. The Wolves recorded three top three finishes on the day.
WOLVES HIGHLIGHTS
- Jacie Flockhart kicked off the day for Northern State in the one meter dive with a score of 228.60 for first place
- Abbegael Nynas kept is rolling for the Wolves with a second place finish in the 1000 free hitting the wall at 11:26.82
- In the 200 free, Haley Osborne recorded a time of 1:59.84 for a third place finish
- Mia Fursedonne finished fifth in the 50 free hitting the wall at 26.11
- With a time of 2:33.69, Emma Moore finished in fourth place in the 200 fly followed by Laila Gordillo with a time of 2:49.46 in fifth place
- Osborne took fourth place in the 500 free hitting the wall at 5:27.55
- The Wolves closed out the day with a fifth place finish in the 200 free with a time of 1:46.68; relay members include Osborne, Eydie Bruestle, Gordillo, and Moore

Northern Statereturns to the pool at home to take on the University of Mary. The dual is set to begin at 12 p.m. on Saturday, October 24 from the Aberdeen YMCA.
