NSU Jazz Ensembles hosting Spring Swing Dance Friday

ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – The Northern State University Jazz Ensembles will host its annual Spring Swing Dance on Friday, April 26.  The event has a new location this year, the Yelduz Shrine Temple, 802 S. Main St.

Doors open at 6 p.m., with music starting at 7 p.m. Grant Manhart, Professor of High Brass and Director of Jazz Studies at NSU, talked about this year’s event.

He said the Shrine Temple lends itself nicely for the swing dance.

Manhart is excited about the culminating music event of the school year.

He encouraged everybody to come and check out the festivities.
