Bismarck, ND (NSUWovles.com) – The Northern State University cross country teams closed out their regular season this afternoon at the UMary Marauder Invite. The Wolves men kicked off the day, taking first with an average time of 25:47 in the 8k.
MEN’S HIGHLIGHTS
- Nathan Alto and Jacob Angerhofer finished in third and fourth, leading the Wolves, with times of 24:57.4 and 25:34.6
- Evan Halbe added a sixth place finish, crossing the line in 26:00.8, while David VanVeen rounded out the top-10 in ninth with a time of 26:10.3
- Bailen Hayford took 11th with a time of 26:13.2 and Taylor Thorson placed 23rd with a time of 27:23.9
WOMEN’S HIGHLIGHTS
- Abby Hasart led the women’s team with a tenth place finish, notching a time of 22:47.1, while Emaleigh Olesiak took 20th with a time of 23:49.5
- Alli Jackson added a top-25 finish in 22nd with a time of 24:05.6 and Peyton Kemnitz rounded out the Wolves in competition with a time of 25:03.7
