ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- NSU Symphonic Band under the direction of NSU Music Director Dr. Rolf Olson has a winter concert scheduled for tonight at NSU.

February is Black History Month and Olson talks about a piece the band is playing tonight to honor it.

Other groups schedule to perform include the NSU Orchestra, Brass & Woodwind Choirs, & Tuba Quartet.

Due to COVID-19 there is no cost to attend but Olson reminds us of the protocol in place

The event will be livestreamed on the NSU Music Department Facebook page.

The concert will begin at 7:30PM and will take place at the Harvey & Cynthia Jewitt Theatre at NSU.
