SOUTH DAKOTA(WNAX)- Crude oil and gas prices have been on a roller coaster over the past few months with sharp peaks and slow slides.

Shawn Steward with Triple “A” South Dakota says expect more of the same.

Steward says a lot goes into the price of a gallon of gas.

Steward says we are also getting to the summer travel season.

Triple “A” is reporting the national average gas price at four thirteen a gallon, while in South Dakota, the average is three ninety-four.
