SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)- After months of investigating, Sioux falls police have arrested a man in connection with a fatal shooting at Dunham Park on the citdy’s west side.

32-year old Walter Stewart was arrested on murder and aggravated assault charges…

He’s being held on a one-million dollar bond.

They’re still searching for 28 year old Lamont Burks, Junior on identical charges.

Update:

28-year old Lamont Burks, Junior was arrested in South Carolina Tuesday afternoon.

He faces several charges, including first degree murder in the late August shooting death of 29 year old Joshua Allen.

Those are the same charges filed against 32 year old Walter Deshawn Stewart, who was arrested late last week.
