VEBLEN, S.D. (Press Release) – One male died early Wednesday morning in a one-vehicle crash east of Veblen.
The name of the deceased is not yet being released.
A 2006 Chevrolet HHR SUV was westbound on South Dakota Highway 25 when it went off the roadway and rolled several times. The 41-year-old male driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was thrown from the vehicle.
South Dakota’s Highway Patrol continues to investigate the crash. All information is only preliminary at this point.
The Highway Patrol is part of the South Dakota Department of Public Safety.
