YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- Outlines of some bills that could be introduced in this years South Dakota legislative session are starting to form.
Yankton City Manager Amy Leon, who will be President of the Municipal League this year, says one proposal would limit public input at government meetings.
Leon says they have some issues with that approach.
Leon says another proposal would allow cities to use the state email system.
The session officially opens a week from Tuesday.
A Pre-Legislative Luncheon is scheduled for Thursday at the Champions Room inside the Barnett Center at NSU.
