Pandemic creating high demand for food in South Dakota

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (WNAX) – The economic disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic is creating a need for food across the state.

Feeding South Dakota spokesperson Jennifer Stensaas says they are scrambling to keep up.

Stensaas says they have never seen this high a demand.

Stensaas says they have had help from some USDA programs.

Stensaas says they can also turn financial donations into a lot of needed products.
