Parker School District receive grants from the Education Department

PARKER, S.D.(WNAX)- Five South Dakota school districts have received career and technical education grants from the state Education Department.

The Parker School District will get two hundred twenty five thousand dollars and Superintendent Donavon DeBoer says it’s a big help.

DeBoer says they will use it in the expansion of their technical education space.

DeBoer says they will be able to help more students.

The other districts getting grants in this round include; Edgemont, Sioux Falls, Wall and Woonsocket.
