ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – In light of the coronavirus situation, the Aberdeen Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department has decided to extend its deadline for summer job applications.
Gene Morsching, Recreation Superintendent, talked about the extension.
Morsching said while applications have been solid, they are down a bit in the college-age group.
He said people can submit applications in a variety of ways.
Positions available include everything from coaches to cashiers to Storybook Land theatre actors.
He said at this point there have not been any positions eliminated due to the virus.
