ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem delivered her 2022 budget proposal earlier this week.

District 3 Representative Carl Perry of Aberdeen said a couple of items caught his attention.

The other proposal is open for debate, but Perry definitely sees the benefits.

Perry said his committee is working on several bills, but there is one that he has special interest in.

It’s hard to say exactly what the physical session will look like when it gets started Jan. 12. Perry said the goal is to have it as normal as possible.
