There will be a variety of guests speakers, including South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem.
Redfield Mayor Jayme Akin will also speak.
A Commemorative Beretta 12-gauge A400, donated by the Redfield Ringneck Association, will be raffled off to conclude the event. Guests will automatically be entered into the raffle with the purchase of a banquet ticket.
Cost is $25 per individual and tables of eight can be reserved for $200. Wipf said that tickets are still available.
