PIERRE, S.D. (DRG News) – When Pierre T.F. Riggs High School students begin classes next week, they’ll notice building security is in the process of being upgraded.

Supt. Dr. Kelly Glodt says the changes will give Riggs the same security features as the district’s middle and elementary schools already have.
