ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – There is no doubt that the coronavirus has impacted the summer schedule, but there are still plenty of things to do and see in the Aberdeen area.

Casey Weismantel, Executive Director of the Aberdeen Convention and Visitors Bureau, talked about some of the events that are coming up in the Hub City.

Weismantel said there are a lot of big events on the calendar, including pheasant hunting season.

The CVB is preparing for an upcoming move to the new Malchow’s Plaza.

He encouraged people to take advantage of the rest of the summer, and also to appreciate and support local businesses and entities.
