WASHINGTON, D.C. (WNAX) – Bills to reform policing across the country in the wake of the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis have gotten stuck in Congress.
South Dakota Congressman Dusty Johnson says the process has stalled.
Johnson says there are big differences between the House and Senate.
Johnson says he hopes they can get back to the issue quickly.
The House has a short session this week, take a week off and return to Washington on July 21.
