PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) – The long time President of the South Dakota Bankers Association, Curt Everson, has announced he will be retiring this year.
Everson, who was in state government before joining the Bankers, says he has a lot of respect for the legislators he has worked with.
Everson says the association got involved in more national issues.
Everson says he has plans after he leaves the office.
The Association has put together a search committee to find a successor to Everson.
