YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- Hundreds of millions of dollars are flowing from Washington in the second round of stimulus payments.
Karl Adam, President of the South Dakota Bankers Association says they may show up in various forms.
Adam says some people tossed the earlier round of paper checks or debit cards.
Adam says banks have added to their cash on hand to handle the demand.
Adam says all bankers would tell consumers that its much safer to put the money in the bank and use checks or debit cards to spend it.
