ABERDEEN, S.D.(Hub City Radio)- The Brown County Commission will hold their meeting Tuesday at the Courthouse.

Items on the agenda include:

Recognizing Becca Tullar  with SDSU 4-H Volunteer Award Recipient’s from Brown County

Richmond Dam update

Brown County Fair Manager Rachel Kippley to release preliminary numbers from this year’s fair.

Brown County Landfill Manager Mike Scott will request to waive fees for the Fall Residential Cleanup.

Brown County Highway Superintendent Dirk Rogers with another department update.

One thing that was originally planned for the meeting was the surplus of the Competitive Arts Building(Women’s Building) at the Brown County Fairgrounds.  That was now has been put on hold over concerns about possible asbestos at the location.  The Brown County Commission are following proper protocol.  Superintendent Rogers may have some comments about this during his update.

The meeting will begin at 8:45am and is open to the public.
