ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Starting on Wednesday, the 2023 International Legislators Forum will be taking place in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.  The Forum will run through Saturday.  Legislators from Minnestoa, North & South Dakota, & Canada make up to forum.  One of the legislators is District 3 Representative Carl Perry of Aberdeen who provided a preview.

Among topics planning to be discussed is mental health.

Another topic to be discussed is water issues affiliated with both countries.

The forum also plans to talk about cooperation that happens between U.S. & Canada.
