ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)-  Here’s a look ahead to Monday’s Aberdeen City Council meeting that will take place at the Municipal building.

The council will do a second reading on an ordinance setting wages for city employees for 2026.

There will be a series of first reading on ordinances doing the following:

• Fees for certain services provided by the city for 2026
• Supplement the 2025 budget for Aberdeen Parks and Rec activities
• Supplement the 2025 budget for unanticipated expenses and consolidate financial reports into the General Fund

The council will hear a report and possible approval of Northeast Council of Government(NECOG) for 2026.

The council will approve payment for various city projects.

The meeting will take place at 5:30pm and is open to the public.
