ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Aberdeen City Council will hold their meeting on Tuesday, January 20th.  Normally their meetings are on Mondays but due to the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday, the meeting instead will be on Tuesday.

Here are some items that is scheduled to be on the agenda:

On the consent calender is a Check In, Speak Up Workplace Wellness Pledge

They will address an agreement on services for the municipal water and flood control projects.

There will be a First reading on an ordinance addressing the 2026 for unanticipated projects and expenditures.

They expect to approve June 2nd date for the upcoming elections in conjunction with Brown County along with school districts in Aberdeen, Britton, and Langord.

They also expecting to reject a bid for magistrate courtroom security remodel project.

They will address payments for various projects involving public works and the airport.
