ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – Today is the final day to vote absentee in person. Ballots must by turned in 5 p.m. at the Brown County Courthouse.

Mailed in absentee ballots must be received by 7 p.m. tomorrow.

The primary election takes place Tuesday, June 2. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at three polling centers in Aberdeen, according to Cathy McNickle, Brown County Auditor.

She said that because many more people were encouraged to vote by absentee ballot this year, that lines shouldn’t be overly long at the polling centers.
