ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The people in favor of IM27(legalizing recreational marijuana) has now opened a new office at 1812 6th Ave SE here in Aberdeen.

Matthew Schweich, campaign director for South Dakotans for Better Marijuana Laws talked about his support for IM27.

Schweich talked about Amendment A that was approved by the voters back in 2020.

Amendment A was declared unconstitutional by the South Dakota Supreme Court. Schweich explains why.

That decision led to IM27.  Schweich talks what’s is in the initiated measure.

SD NewsWatch recently did a poll showing 56% does not support IM27.  Schweich believes this was an outlier poll.

Hours for now are Fridays & Saturdays from 4-7PM until election day.  Hours & dates could change based on interest.  There will be a rally coming up later this month in Aberdeen.  Date & time to be determined.
