YANKTON, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- League of Women Voters on Thursday hosted a forum addressing IM28. The initiated measure addresses what South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley describe as the repeal of the consumption tax. Speaking in favor of the measure was Dakotan for Health founder Rick Weiland and opposing was the South Dakota Retailers Association President Nathan Sanderson.
