SD Dept of Health reports 3 new COVID-19 related deaths

PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio.com) – The state reported 3 new COVID-related deaths, while active cases & hospitalizations decreased, according to figures released by the South Dakota Department of Health. Bill to legalize recreational marijuana defeated in House Committee

PIERRE, S.D.(KJJQ)- The House State Affairs Committee Monday morning killed a bill that would have legalized recreational marijuana in South Dakota. The bipartisan SB3 had narrowly passed in the Senate. Proponents say adult use marijuana will be on the ballot again in November. DPS announces March Sobriety Checkpoints

PIERRE, S.D.(Press Release) – Sobriety checkpoints will held in 18 South Dakota counties during March, according to the South Dakota Department of Public Safety.
