Bill to ditch requirement for front license plate defeated

Senate Commerce & Energy Committee passed bill dealing with marijuana

PIERRE, S.D.(SDBA)- A legislative committee is pushing forward a bill that would decriminalize and regulate marijuana in South Dakota. SD Dept of Health reports 8 new COVID-19 related deaths

PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio.com) – The state reported 8 new COVID-related deaths, while active cases & hospitalizations decreased, according to figures released by the South Dakota Department of Health. Bill to remove sales tax on food defeated at Senate Taxation Committee

PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- The annual debate over dropping the sales tax on food in South Dakota ended in the Senate Taxation Committee Wednesday. COVID-19 cases continues to drop in the state

YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- While active Covid-19 infection numbers are dropping sharply, hospitals will again be behind that trend.
