ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- During the public comment portion of the Brown County Commission, Chet Ellsworth of Pennington County talked about the resolution dealing with the moratorium on pipelines.

Ellsworth praised Commissioner Drew Dennert for wanting to extend the moratorium.

Ellsworth tells the Commission what the resolution allows them to do.

Ellsworth accuses the chair of the Commission of committing tyranny against Brown County citizens by dealing with Summit Carbon Solutions.

The Commission allowed the moratorium to expire last Wednesday.
