HIGHMORE, S.D.(Argus Leader)- The South Dakota attorney general facing misdemeanor charges after authorities say he struck and killed a pedestrian with his car last year is scheduled to appear in court later this month.

Jason Ravnsborg, 44, is scheduled to make an initial appearance at 4 p.m. March 12 in Hughes County, according to South Dakota’s online court information service.
