SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The third and final scheduled debate involving the four candidates running for Governor on the Republican side took place Monday night. The four candidates are Governor Larry Rhoden, Congressman Dusty Johnson, Speaker of the South Dakota House Jon Hansen, and Aberdeen businessman Toby Doeden.
Two issues we’ll focus on in this recap are recidivism and constitutional convention.
Recidivism:
Toby Doeden challenged the other three candidates on a bill that was passed in 2013 addressing presumptive parole.
