ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Aberdeen City Council held their meeting on Monday.

New City Manager Robin Bobzien discuss the second reading on the 2024 city budget.

City Councilman David Novstrup agreed with City Manager Bobzien with the budget with the understanding that it could be amended later on.

The city council also addressed the City Improvement Plan.  City Manager Bobzien brought up the issue of a two-way Main Street.

City Councilman Josh Rife asked about this could impact Malchow Plaza.

Robin Bobzien began his new post as City Manager on September 11th.  He talks about how much of an adjustment it has been for him in his first week.

The Aberdeen City Council also approve appointments of Amanda Fischer as new Water Reclamation Superintendent & Stuart Nelson as the new City Engineer.
