ABERDEEN, S.D. (Hub City Radio)-

At the end of the city council meeting, Aberdeen City Manager Dave McNeil delivered his report.

Last meeting, the Aberdeen City Council tabled a resolution addressing the promotional fund.  McNeil announced in his report they will now hold a work session next Monday to address that and the golf course the city owns.

The work session will take place at 4;30PM just prior to next Monday’s meeting.

Aberdeen Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Director Matt Braun will discuss the golf couse.  McNeil also announced that Braun will be holding listening session on dates to be determine to hear about the Nature Park to be used for a bike park.

Also in the report Aberdeen City Attorney Ron Wager discussed setting up a timeline for an ordinance to address data centers.

He hopes to have the timeline ready for the council to decide by Monday, November 16th’s city council meeting.
