ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Brown County Commission heard from Equalization Director Gene Loeschke(Les-key) about the upcoming schedule for the month of April.
Loeschke discuss what’s will be on the agenda for the meetings being held each Tuesday.
Leoschke moved on to talk about how assessment is broken down in Brown County.
Governor Rhoden’s bill(SB216) dealt with limiting assessments to 3% each year. Leoschke was asked how this would his department.

The Commission also address the possibility of a burn ban for the county.
Brown County Commissioner Duane Sutton:
Sutton inform the commission that due to recent moisture seen in the area, Brown County Emergency Manager Scott Meints told him burn ban won’t be in place for now.
County Commission may address it once again once conditions start to dry up.
