ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The Brown County Commission held their weekly meeting on Tuesday.

Brown County Commissioner Duane Sutton announced that Julie Johnson will no longer be a lobbyist for Brown County.

Sutton talks about how Johnson will be compensated for her time as Brown County lobbyist.

Spink County farmer Ed Fischbach also appeared before the commission & talked about the CO2 pipeline bills that will be addressed on Monday in Pierre.

Fischbach ask for support from the people for the upcoming hearings.

Fischbach also talks about easements Summit Carbon Solutions are getting & talking about people from Minnesota that signed up, some are now having issues with it.

The commission also heard from Kari Stickelmyer with Brown County Community Health.

Stickelmyer talks about training being done by their staff.

Stickelmyer provides an update on immunizations.

Stickelmyer also mention that they still have free at home COVID tests at the office.
