ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- On Wednesday night, City Lights hosted a seminar “Protect Yourself Know Your Rights” addressing the U.S. Constitution and the role public officials play in enforcing it.  Retired Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack was the feature speaker.

Sheriff Mack delivered a class on Thursday to public officials discussing the Bill of Rights in the Constitution and the principles to be followed by officials.
