Senator Rounds was also asked about a bill that South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham is working on putting a federal ban on abortion at 15 weeks with the exception of rape, incest, & to save the life of the mother.

The South Dakota law bans abortion in the state with the exception of saving the life of the mother.
