YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – While public universities in South Dakota have wrapped up the academic year, the Board of Regents is planning for the next year and beyond.
Board President Keven Schieffer says they continue to focus on rapidly rising costs.
Schieffer says they are looking for efficiencies across the system.
Schieffer says they also will get an update this summer on the program that charges out of state students the in state rate.
The Regents will meet at SDSU in Brookings next month, then hold their strategic planning session in August in Pierre.
