HURON, S.D.(KOKK)- Roger Chase will be term limited out of the SD House of Representative following the 2024 session.  He announced that he is stepping aside from public service.  He served this summer as chairman of the Summer study committee on county spending.  Recommendations will be made before the Executive Board November 14th.  Chase previously chaired the Workforce Housing Summer Study Committee.  The measure made it through the legislature this past session.  He said after some time those funds are being dispersed.

Chase said it was important to have the program set up to run properly.

The 2024 SD Legislative session begins January 9th.
