PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) – Many of the so called “nonsense bills” in the South Dakota legislature were voted down during the session, but may not be totally dead.
Representative Ryan Cwach of Yankton says he thinks legislators are hearing from the folks in their districts.

Cwach says no bill every totally goes away until the final gavel.
