PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- At the second Legislative Coffee, Representative Scott Moore of Ipswich announced he will not be seeking reelection for his District 23 seat.

On Wednesday morning Representative Jack Kolbeck of Sioux Falls who was appointed to that seat by Governor Larry Rhoden in 2025 took time on the floor to honor Representative Moore’s service with the South Dakota House.

Final day of the regular run of the South Dakota Legislature is on Thursday.
