Research showing what you eat could be a factor dealing with anger

MITCHELL, S.D.(KMIT)- Growing research is revealing that what we eat may be a significant factor in a particular emotion – anger.  A recent University of California study showed that a diet high in trans fatty acids was directly linked to increased aggression.  Udo Erasmus is a health and wellness educator.

He explains what he believes Americans are lacking in their diets.

Erasmus says that in addition to increased anger, the lack of omega-3 affects people in several other ways.

Foods that contain omega-3 include flaxseed, fish, walnuts, and soybeans.
