PIERRE, S.D.(SDBA)- The South Dakota House of Representatives rejected a resolution to condemn Governor Kristi Noem for her actions regarding the appraiser certification program. The resolution failed with a vote of 29 to 38.
Representative John Mills brought the resolution. He says it was about protecting the integrity of South Dakota’s government.
Mills also says gubernatorial candidates Steven Haugaard and Jamie Smith were not involved with the resolution whatsoever.
Mills is listed as the only sponsor on the Legislative Research Council website.
