SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)- An apparent road rage incident led to multiple shots fired and a police chase.

It began as a disagreement between two drivers Sunday when all of the sudden things escalated.

Officer Sam Clemens:

Police soon caught up with the suspect who refused to pull over and a short pursuit ensued.

It was terminated due to safety reasons, but by that time, officers had a good idea of who the suspect was.

The gun used in the crime was located in the vehicle and the suspect, 33-year-old Daniel Bien Jr. was charged with Aggravated Assault, Discharge from a Vehicle, Possession of a firearm by a former drug offender and several other charges.
