Madison Invite w/ Aberdeen Roncalli

For the second time in as many days, the Aberdeen Roncalli Cavaliers swung the sticks and competed in the Madison Invite, with some very solid results. Tea Area would collectively win the event, they’d be nine shots ahead of second place Dakota Valley & 29 shots ahead of third place Chamberlin. As for Aberdeen Roncalli, they finished in 4th place as a team. Dakota Munger from Chamberlin was the medalist for the day, carding an even par 71 for the day. In second place, Derek Anderson of Tea Area was three shots back of first place. Regionally, Jonathan DeBoer of Milbank was tied for 12th place. Finn Anderson of Aberdeen Roncalli finished in 17th place, eleven shots behind Munger; he carded an 82 for the afternoon.

Sioux Falls Invite w/ Aberdeen Central @ Bakker Crossing [in Sioux Falls]

In Sioux Falls, the Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles competed at Bakker Crossing and once again, no team scores were kept for the event. Hayden Scott of Harrisburg was the medalist for the day, carding a six under par. His teammate, Parker Schultz finished three shots back and in second place. Kaden Rylance of Watertown was also tied for second at three under par. As for the Golden Eagles, Peyton Brust had the best day, shooting seven over par, he finished in 42nd place. Even still with a handful of bogeys, Brust had four birdies (on holes 2, 4, 9 & hole 16). His teammate Jackson Ravellette tied with Brust for 42nd place.
