ABERDEEN, S.D. (HubCityRadio.com) – Aberdeen Roncalli is going to have an indoor graduation after all.

After making plans to hold the event outdoors, officials have found a way to provide a safe indoor environment, so the school will hold its ceremony at Roncalli Gym at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 17.

The school will still follow recommended guidelines for social distancing, which means there will be a limited amount of people allowed to attend, according to Tim Weisz, President of the Aberdeen Catholic School System.

The ceremony will still be streamed live for those who are unable to attend.

Weisz said that people are excited to have a close to a normal graduation ceremony as possible.
