WASHINGTON, D.C. (WNAX) – President Trump has been critical of protestors, especially those that were across from the White House, calling them “terrorists” in a letter he released. That area was cleared by federal authorities so the President could walk to a church across the street.
South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds says he would not have done it that way.
Rounds says leadership has to step up at a time like this.
Regular military troops have been moved into the Washington area due to the ongoing protests. Rounds says that is a concern.
Rounds says he thinks the Administration will come up with some proposals for law enforcement reforms.
