WASHINGTON, D.C. (WNAX) – Americans are getting mixed messages on the pandemic fight. President Trump is encouraging states to safely reopen their businesses, while health professionals caution about moving too fast.

Rounds says people should trust the health care professionals.

Rounds says part of the optimism is because Congress has funded a major, multi-track plan to develop a coronavirus vaccine.
