WASHINGTON, D.C. (WNAX) – The Senate is debating phase three of the economic rescue plan, which could total over one trillion dollars.
South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds says they are hearing about the growing pain.
Rounds says they are talking about a one time payment to individuals.
Rounds says they also have a loan plan for businesses to hang on to their employees.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has said the Senate will stay in Washington until they pass a plan.
