YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- A legislator who is helping write rules for medical cannabis usage in South Dakota is looking for some changes before they are all in place.

Representative Ryan Cwach of Yankton says there needs to be clarification over applications for dispensary licenses.

Cwach, a member of the Rules Review Committee, says applicants have to hit a certain score.

Cwach says their committee has been working with the Department of Health on modifying the rules.

The Rules Review Committee is scheduled to meet again in the middle of September.
