(Brown County Emergency Management Operations Center) – Safe Harbor serves women, men and children by providing shelter and resources to empower individuals in abusive situations by providing advocacy and support services. They serve northeastern South Dakota including Brown, Campbell, Day, Edmunds, Marshall, McPherson and Potter counties. Safe Harbor and their services are available 24 hours; their facility will not be closing.
