Safe Harbor services available 24 hours a day

ABERDEEN, S.D. (Brown County Emergency Management Operations Center) – Safe Harbor serves women, men and children by providing shelter and resources to empower individuals in abusive situations by providing advocacy and support services. They serve northeastern South Dakota including Brown, Campbell, Day, Edmunds, Marshall, McPherson and Potter counties. Safe Harbor and their services are available 24 hours; their facility will not be closing.

With the current COVID-19 crisis, you might be told that you cannot leave your home or if you do, you will get in trouble with law enforcement. If you feel unsafe in your home, you CAN leave and you CAN find help.
